View attachment 73398Human trafficker sentenced to 25 years in prison for selling women and girls into sexual slavery.

From March to September 2023, a Vietnamese woman began luring others to Myanmar with false promises of steady work. When they arrived, she sold them to a brothel.

Among the people she trafficked was a 14-year-old girl. All of them were beaten and forced to work under threat of torture. The criminals enslaving them decided to move the brothel to a new location as the civil war in Myanmar intensified. Five of the women and girls used this opportunity to escape, and Blue Dragon rescued the remaining two earlier this year.

Once they were home, we helped them to rebuild their lives before representing them in court this week where their trafficker was sentenced and ordered to pay financial compensation.

Blue Dragon will keep disrupting the criminal organisations behind human trafficking, rescuing people from slavery, helping them to heal and making sure that human traffickers face justice for their crimes.

25yrs in prison is not enough. It should be the Death penalty!!!!!!!!

And they hate Vietnamese more. But as stated by me in the past, if it wasn't for the Vietnamese most of them would of be dead. In two weeks the Vietnamese army went into Campuchia and overthrew the Khmer rouge and stopped the genocide.

All seven players suspended from all football-related activities for 12 months.

The case regarding the players’ eligibility to represent Malaysia has also been referred to the FIFA Football Tribunal.
