What about tax implications? Is Vietnam a tax haven? That's ususally a big draw for money.
Maybe the banking laws are lenient like in Switzerland????

Lots of $ here. Apartment prices have doubled and even tripled in some areas the last 5 years. Lots of business opportunities here. I know more rich Vietnamese than I do Americans in my personal life.
