In Mexico, people get mad and will make you pay them if you accidentally get them in a picture you're taking.

They asked me to help them. They were very happy to have me there. I was not in an area where foreigners go. This is nothing like Mexico.

Not at all they are very welcoming and they really warm up once I start to speak Vietnamese to them. A guy even asked if I wanted to help for the day.

Its usually homeless and beggars. We we're in Mexico City taking pics and these people flock to the tourist sites and try to get their kids to sneak into the picture. Then the parent will come up and say, pay me for taking my kids pic. Its a scam they run. Some people drop them some pesos so I guess it works.
