Long but shorter than Singapore. I highly recommend Eva airlines. They have some short layovers.

I was thinking about taking Starlux. It has a direct flight from PHX to TPE and then a 4-hour layover before taking a 4-hour flight to Cebu.

But I may decide to take the PHX-LAX-TPE-CEB if the layover is shorter.

Starlux is good. More expensive but premium economy in Eva is a great deal. I love that airline.
