Really? I’m surprised
Puts America to shame as far as drinking. I have friends that have had to quit their jobs because their jobs require them to drink to entertain potential clients when buying real estate etc etc.

An internal Vietnamese military document shows preparations for a possible American “war of aggression,” despite Hanoi having elevated ties with the United States to their highest diplomatic level just a year earlier, according to a report released Tuesday.

The document, analyzed by human rights group The 88 Project, portrays Washington as a “belligerent” power and reflects deep fears within the Vietnamese security establishment of a U.S.-backed “color revolution” aimed at undermining Communist Party rule.

Titled “The 2nd U.S. Invasion Plan” and completed by the Vietnamese Ministry of Defense in August 2024, the paper warns that the U.S. and its allies could use unconventional warfare or fabricated pretexts to justify military intervention, even while acknowledging that the immediate risk of war remains low.

“There’s a consensus here across the government and across different ministries,” said Ben Swanton, co-director of The 88 Project, underscoring that the concerns are not confined to fringe elements within the state.

The document highlights the tension between Vietnam’s outward diplomatic engagement with Washington and persistent internal suspicions, suggesting Hanoi views the U.S. less as a strategic partner than as a long-term existential threat. | via AP

Why do you hate Texas Fly?
Is it Diggity? I could understand that.
My brother has a house in Texas, I have never been to Texas. But I will be there in May for the first time for the Dallas card show.

@BMR Genie @quantumleap you both have a lot of explaining to do here.

📌 ASEAN Countries That Join Board of Peace

Not all countries were invited by Trump to join Board of Peace that Trump made to replace United Nations.

In ASEAN only five countries were invited, and two have accepted, the other three haven’t decided yet.
