I will eat that street food. Looks like packed with veggies.

It reminds me of popiah that you can get in Singapore and Malaysia and is in the shape of an egg roll. With popiah, instead of deep fat frying you have rice better on a hot grill loaded with veggies like jicama, bean curds and other veggies and even meat if you wish and Hoisin sauce.

Now I would love to do that. I even have a fear of heights but the funny thing is that if I can be secured like that then I don't have the fear since I know I can't fall.
