No idea, but I have told the story here before. In Mong La, in the tip of Myanmar next to China there is about 100 very tiny casinos with a couple big ones. It is flooded with illegal activity, drug smuggling, human trafficking, it is the place where I have to give my passport up to even get in. You can't even get to it not because of the civil unrest in Myanmar, but it is the craziest, most dangerous place but also fun at the same time. They have bears and monkeys in cages, and people buy a monkey and they electrocute it in front of you and then they will chop it's head off and cook Monkey brains in a restaurant.
