I don't see the big deal here or why there is even a story. This is very normal. People pay for sex everywhere. Right across the street from the JW Marriott in Hanoi are tons of places for sex and when the Presidents come here that is where they stay. You know for a fact that the staff that comes goes to those places. I don't even see why this is a story. Pretty normal behavior.
