They dumped the body in a river in Bavet. This is where I go , it is an SEZ, about 50-60 casinos, only 3 are licenses. It is all run by Chinese Mafia who run the SEZ. The trip from Bavet to PP is an excursion in itself. I can't wait, going there Saturday morning for a week!

90% is Vietnamese in Bavet at the Casinos, it is a hub for human trafficking and drug smuggling. There are a lot of kidnappings going on there now. The crime of Sihanoukville that was happening the last 10 years has now moved to Bavet. It is a crazy place. I am going to Bavet for a night then a car to PP, it is a 4 hour drive, a dangerous drive, the roads are pretty bad to get there.
