I’d be tempted to make a week pit stop in Maui

No, the routes are LA- Taipei to Ha Noi or LA- Japan to Ha Noi or LA to Hong Kong to Ha Noi or LA to Singapore to Ha Noi, there is no non stop from LA but there is a non stop from SF to Ho Chi Minh City but I live in Ha Noi. I have no desire to go to Hawaii, I have been there once, I was not impressed. Beaches in South East Asia are much nicer than anything America has to offer.
