Ho Chi Minh City: The Most Stressful City in Southeast Asia!

According to research by William Russell titled “The Most Stressed Cities in the World” for 2023, Mumbai tops the list as the most stressed city globally, earning a score of 6.85 out of 10 among 65 cities assessed.

Ho Chi Minh City follows as the most stressed city in Southeast Asia, ranking 13th worldwide with a score of 5.77. Another Vietnamese city, Hanoi, occupies the 18th spot globally with a score of 5.64.

These scores are determined by various factors, including air pollution, availability of green spaces, security ratings, and geographical influences that affect stress levels.
This is why it's better to live in provinces. Wake up in the sound of nature. For me, that's the true meaning of pure life.

For Christ sakes Diggity aka the new dad , when are you going to eat something else besides omelettes and bacon with coffee and orange juice for breakfast??? At least 5 days a week you are posting this on your FB. We get it. You like it. Change it up once in a while. Throw some oats or a bran muffin or English muffins in the mix. By the way, your yard is looking good. I like the transformation.
Ever since I have put a camera in the backyard, Tanko has stopped peeing in the grass. It has helped.

All the ladies I'm friends with in the PI hate going to the provinces. They say its too boring there. I think part of it is they don't have good cell service out there to watch their YouTube videos. :D

Haha, I know... very bad internet, but that's what makes the provinces more special, away from social media and the hassle of the world.

Most efficient local transport networks in Southeast Asia countries 🚆🚍🚝

The Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) in Singapore is very easy to negotiate. They have maps on all the cars with all the lines clearly marked. You can get around to most everywhere on the whole island.

The monthly pass used to be pretty cheap. imagine never having to buy a car or pay insurance or gas and still be able to get around. When I worked there for a few months I never had a problem. I think one time I had to walk a mile because the MRT wasn't close to where I wanted to go.

I was talking to my Singaporean friends about all the places I lived in the US. I asked them if they ever moved a significant distance. One of them said, "No. When we move, we move from one MRT stop to another." :D
