You can rent an apartment for as low as $130 a month to 10k a month, just depends quality and what you want. Houses in my area , there is nothing less than a million. Houses are expensive but apartments are cheap. Different quality apartments but they can range from 50-100k for a 1 bedroom , 80k-300 bedroom, etc etc.. it all depends area and quality , look at these, these are hot now.. studios for 50k, 1 bedrooms are 90k, 2 bedrooms 140k, 3 bedrooms 200k, these types of places are all over Hanoi. shopping malls connected, schools, hospitals etc etc, whole communities
