Before I pick my country (I've already ruled out Thailand), I want to make sure of something.

@flyingillini is it just Thailand that has the Ladyboys or do other countries have them too?

Something to consider when visiting Southeast Asia is the percentage of people who speak English, especially for your first time visiting. Singapore and the Philippines are sometimes referred to as "Asia Lite" because it's rather easy to get around because so many people speak English rather well.

Thailand and Vietnam and other Southeast Asian countries have English speaking people around the tourist areas but outside those areas not so much.

People speak very good English in Myanmar, Brunei and Cambodia , southern Việt Nam people speak a lot more English than where I am but everyone learns it now at a very young age.

You don't OD on K, very very rare, it is hype if someone tells you different, kind of like when Nancy Reagan said "just say no' and claimed that crack kills. Crack and yayo doesn't kill you, it destroys your bank account, ruins your marriage and relationships but it does happen but very rare. K is fun, I am sure you can get your hands on some in CR.
