You won’t find any nice water in Đà Nẵng , you need to go to Côn Đảo, Phan Thiết, Phú Quốc ,Quy Nhơn, Hồ Cốc, Mũi Né will get you a good start. They are wonderful places with clear blue water and white sand. I’m not a fan of Đà Nẵng beaches not that nice there. There are many hidden beaches in places that aren’t tourist sports that are for locals. If you ever go let me know I’ll lead you into the right direction.
