I went to look at an apartment for sale. Brand new urban area. Ocean Park Hà Nội. This is a 1 bedroom, top floor. It’s a “smart” apartment complex. Everything all wired up for “smart” access.

It’s an amazing area. Three different beaches etc ,check out the site. This 1 bedroom is 80k and no property tax after buying. Only when you sell.

They had to put a cap on foreign ownership, because foreigners were buying too many. All buildings can only have 30% foreign ownership
