Is horse racing as big a business as I've heard in SEQ @flyingillini ? I know years ago there were syndicates that really worked over the tracks in Hong Kong or Singapore with their modeling.

Tanko, the Hong Kong models are legendary. Bill Benter and Alan Woods had more $$ than small nations.

I did visit the Hong Kong track song years ago. One key difference = much bigger pool of $$ on the tote board.

1) The pool of horses was somewhat limited. IE, not a lot of shippers.
2) Gambling was part of the culture, so a lot of $$ being bet. Benter/Woods thought there were many inefficiencies in the market.

It is fake, someone made that. It would never be in English in the paper here. Very funny though, but my rate is 10k for a serious wife. But for American's is a 18 months waiting list for a visa. but you come here for the wedding to get the paperwork process started.
