she is a really good friend of mine and a very successful business woman in Hà Nội. She speaks absolutely 0 English , which I prefer. She can say “ hello “ and “bye”

Boracay is getting expensive. It's almost at the cost level of many hotels in the US, but it's worth it.
It’s just like the islands and the nice beach towns in Việt Nam. You can stay for $20 a night or $2,000 a night. Something nice and good is $150-220 I would say. At least this time of year. It’s a real step down to $100 a night.

Bomb sniffing dogs everywhere. Every car is checked for bombs entering hotels. Very different than Việt Nam , this doesn’t go ok in Việt Nam
Haha yes! Lots of bombing incidents occurred in PH, losing life and loved ones, and others do it for a joke that causes people to panic all the time.. the main reason they need to pass this law.
