Wild Wild West here. Sure there is a helmet law , about $9 for a fine if you get caught.

This was not at any kind of tourist place. This was deep in Myanmar at the Chinese border. Illegal wildlife trading outside of about 100 illegal casinos. I was scared to death doing this. Monkeys , Tigers , baby bears for sale along with tons of other animals.

Vietnamese are the #1 consumer in the world. I know a guy here who has spent over a half of million dollars on it. They drink it , use it for things and decorations
