It is not just on those occasions but all the time, flowers are a huge huge thing. Girls like them for every occasion. Also all the new stores, restaurants etc etc have huge flower set ups at the opening. Here is an example as well as a new street with them

I have went over that a while back. It is impossible, even if you marry a Viet girl, at the most you get a 5 year visa exemption but still have to exit the country once a year. The only people that can get a Viet passport are Viet citizens that moved to another country and can prove they were born here and have parents of the origin. There are a few exceptions. If I wanted to get Viet citizenship. I would have to change my name to a Viet name and renounce my American citizenship, there is no way I want to do that. That would mean I could never go visit my Dad again. I would be treated just like a Viet person, getting a Visa is very hard to America. I would never renounce my citizenship.

There are 1000s of them , they are on every block but they are not the traditional ones that you think of. I will take a pic later today when I go out.
It is the best part about living here. Of course it ranges but I am spread out between different banks. I get 10% on my money, sometimes banks post 11-12% but haven't seen that in a few years but lots of 9-10.5%. I love getting 10% all day without lifting a finger, there is no FDIC here though, I only use state banks here.
How often do banks fail? Seems like this is a crazy interest rate to keep up long term and survive as a bank.
