What is funny there are coffee shops and restaurants with what we would think sounds a certain way but in Viet it sounds completely different, this is one of the most famous coffee shops here. It sounds funny the way an American would pronounce this but if you know Vietnamese it is pronounced different.

In Việt Nam there big and small hospitals dedicated to Acupuncture. There are probably 20-30 big hospitals that do it here. But here are 100s of small places all over. There are 5 or 6 just in my neighborhood. I go once or twice a week for a session. I get the pins in every part of my body, I prefer my face , arm and hands and the other day different areas. I am a big advocate of getting this done. Very relaxing. This is the hospital I go to , the whole place is nothing but Acupuncture. 4 different buildings, one building has 10 floors. the others 3-5 floors.

Crazy last few days for me, got back to Vietnam today and was in the south and they are working on the road, I had to take a boat to get to the airport, I was deep in the Mekong Delta and stumbled upon this nice floating market. There are floating markets all over but this was one very very out of the way and deep in the Mekong. They guy driving my boat told me he never sees any foreigners in the area I was in.
