It seems she is suing the Spurs for not addressing the problem. What were they supposed to do? Tell him not to see the psychologists and not seek help? This is a weird situation/story.

Also, by talking to the spurs about this, which she apparently did since she's suing, didn't she violate HIPPA rules and/or her prefessional oath on confidentiality. Doesn't that result in a suspension of her license?

this story just makes no sense for multiple reasons

she's a psychologist and she should know better how to handle this kind of situation, obviously she failed and maybe that's the reason why the article address her as "former" clinical psychologist.
