ugh im sorry ck, hopefully your symptoms dont get any worse. ive seen its different for lots of people. i had a family member have it and he had symptoms/was isolated for a month.
@Wagerallsports had it a few weeks ago, he could prob help shed some light for you
It took me about a week. I had a major headache and was coughing. I really thought it was just allergies and was surprised to see that I tested positive. I have both the vaccines and the booster
I was vaccinated and got it 1st of the year first 2 days ok 3rd day fml...After that ok 6 days total where I couldn't go to work or move that great . I'm 52 and have lupus so everyone's different but I also work construction so I am mobile quite a bit
The first time, the duration 7-8 days before I felt like a human again. Worst flu like feeling ever. But that was 1st version of Covid (Nov 2020).
The 2nd time I caught covid, Oct 2021, it was a suprise. Very mild symtptoms but wife tested positive so I got tested. I had already been vaccinated so it was extremely mild. Not a big issue. Sat around for a week to avoid spreading it.
When I got it a few weeks ago all I had was a little sniffle no headaches no loss of taste or smell no fever the only thing was congested chest and cough that took a long time to get rid of
Would recommend zinc and quercetin to. If you don't mind taking pills Animal nutrition has a product called immune pak that has everything you should be taking. Rest and hydrate! Had it twice sick for over a month first time and hospitalized the second time. Both times caught it from a group of people that were all jabbed.

I know it’s different for everyone but I definitely think this is a milder strain than the one where the hospitals were filled up 18-24 months ago.
I had it Jan 2021 and it was horrible. Started with congestion and sneezing. Then 101.7 fever and horrible night sweats. That lasted about 4-5 days. Then about a week after I couldn’t taste or smell and that lasted for 6-7 excruciating months. It was maddening.
