The steak was very good. Moderately priced and I definitely enjoyed the side of green beans

I rarely eat red meat these days as I try to eat healthy and not abuse my body and mind with drugs and alcohol like I did as a kid.
Anyway I had the best cheese steak I've had in over 20 years easily few days ago at my local casino. It was definitely the preparer as it's usually good but this was perfection.

Wish I had thought to take a picture but I barely know how to with my phone as I'm a dinosaur. I'm only used to taking pictures with real cameras you know. I used to do it as a hobby when it was an art in my opinion.

Never had a cheese steak?Wow. Not sure but I think it may have originated in my area Northeastern USA.
You must try it someday but only on the recommendation of someone who knows where a great one can be found.
I actually used to make them for the family and myself quite often when I was young.

I know when people say cheese steak sub they usually mean a Philly cheese steak which was what I was just raving about. These can be very good but I prefer them with the peppers and onions but also with tomatoes, lettuce,and lots of mayo which makes them fabulous.

Give me a cheesesteak with just grilled onions and mushrooms and I'll be happy. I don't need all the other stuff

Maybe I was starving. Maybe I was drunk. IDK but I remember it well.

Wonder if they still serve them.

Red Rock. Next time you're in town, if you want a really good prime rib, go to Jerry's Nugget. Not the best area of town, but a delicious coffee shop with great prime rib and wonderful desserts
