got Starbucks this morning for me and my best friend, and lemme tell ya the good vibes!!

when i went to pay the lady told me a man 6 cars ahead paid for the car behind him, and everyone has kept it going so far. So my drinks were paid for! I had to pay it back for the person behind me of course..ended up being cheaper than my order so win win!!

Me and poster LV Herbie went to a local bar for happy hour yesterday for dinner. Had sliders for $2 each. They were really good. You get your choice of either chicken, portobello mushroom or hamburger. They also had boneless wings on special. We got the Bourbon and the buffalo sauce to go along with that. They were good

How many calories do you usually consume in a day Sammy any idea ? I know that’s a hard question to answer, for me I’m a calorie counter who strives to have a calorie deficit more days than not during the week according to my BMI. I feel like your metabolism is probably stellar still in your early 30s.

That’s approximately 2,000 calories per day. That’s pretty low, but for you being only 150ish it’s a healthy amount of food to intake to sustain your weight. 2,000 calories for me is a 500 calorie deficit for my day. I’m around 5’10” 187 lbs so on a normal day 2,500 calories will sustain my weight & I will not gain.
