Met some more extended family while on vacation in the ozarks and we all went to an Italian resultant for lunch.

Ordered the Stromboli. It was HUGE.
Tasted GREAT w/ lots of herbs and seasonings but only ate 1/3 of it. Saving the leftovers in my trunk to give to Diggity next week.

Met some more extended family while on vacation in the ozarks and we all went to an Italian resultant for lunch.

Ordered the Stromboli. It was HUGE.
Tasted GREAT w/ lots of herbs and seasonings but only ate 1/3 of it. Saving the leftovers in my trunk to give to Diggity next week.

Sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, peppers, onions, 3-cheeses, marinara....

I guess a stromboli is like a pizza only rolled up into a calzone or crescent shape and the crust is more like a calzone crust.

A little worried it might be "ripe" by the time Diggity gets it out of the hot trunk in a week. Hopefully, he tastes it and gives us a rating as well.
