Pepperoni, mushrooms, Canadian bacon and pineapple, my favorite.
Like most places I'm sure, a lot of the pizza places around here have specials on what we call a combination, that's just about all of the Toppins they got, we get it that way a lot!

When I lived in Vegas I'd always use my poker comps from the Venetian to eat at the Grand Lux (which is just a rebranded Cheesecake Factory). I was a big fan of their pasta carbonara and the portions were massive enough to have a 2nd meal at home. Good stuff.
