Yes I definitely need to watch what I eat. I'm pretty careless about it and just eat whatever sounds good. Thankfully last time I went to the doctor my health is in pretty good shape with the exception of some high blood pressure

You do a good job mixing it up. Best thing anyone can do is aim for variety in their diet. We all gotta watch going overboard, but it's also healthy to indulge every now and then
I hardly eat meat during the week but gonna indulge in a 24oz ribeye tonight. Don't recommend that every day, but like I said you gotta treat yourself sometimes
didn't have any balsamic so used dijon mustard instead with honey, olive oil, and black pepper. threw them babies in the air fryer until crispy. delish snack.. i do like it better with balsamic tho

ugh i knoww, i bought them thinking i had some but i didn't. so i googled an alternative for the balsamic and it said mustard. i said f it and tried it. confirmed, balsamic is much better
