Thankfully last time I went to the doctor my health is in pretty good shape with the exception of some high blood pressure

Brussel sprouts are very filling and have a lot of fiber which keeps you full. So yes, brussels sprouts I’ve been trying to eat more of.anyone like brussels sprouts?
didn't have any balsamic so used dijon mustard instead with honey, olive oil, and black pepper. threw them babies in the air fryer until crispy. delish snack.. i do like it better with balsamic tho
