Cooked it for my son. He's a salt and pepper only type. Lol.Wow that looks outstanding. I had one of those for Christmas with my family. Next time try yellow mustard rub along with the spices. For me that’s the “kicker” ingredient.

It was a 9 lbs 3 rib piece. 500 degrees for 30 minutes, 320 degrees for about 2 more hours. I actually don't like cooking this at home because the smoke detectors always go off. I have to disconnect a few.oh my goodness frankie this looks so amazing...how long did it take you to cook that masterpiece
