I still do coffee everyday so there is sugar in that from the creamer. Coffee withdraws just from a day or 2 will give you mass headaches.

100%, could you drink coffee without a sweetened creamer? thats how i drink mine.

the aspartame in all of these sodas and sweets......reallyy bad for you in the long run. its a sugar substitute. if you've never heard of it, please look it up
