In all sincerity please stay away with working out on machines. Dumbells, kettlebells, stretch bands, barbells, and sandbags are the way to go.
All you need is 30 mins a day lifting heavy shit.

Be sure you get 2500 steps in (pretty much do that by accident) and you'll be fine.

You can be big and still be healthy as long as you've got muscle. Its when you're obviously 'squishy ' is when you've got issues.

As for the gals...just get them off. Eat good pussy 1x and she'll tell all her friends, then you've got a roster.
