Thank-you my friend. "It's a wonderful Life" and "Ten Commandments" must watch for me every year. Drives the wife and kids nuts each year and they refuse to watch. Sure after I am long gone, I will catch them watching.Great post.
Keep the good fight going!
That really is the best motion picture ever produced.
Caught it just in time. Stage 2. If waited any longer would have spread and had one done at 40 and 47. Don't wait until 50. I seen where healthcare lowered age to 45 now. Just tell them a Grand parent had it and you will be covered. 6 month scans cleared in July and had colonoscopy week of Thanksgiving have 3 polyps already. They came back noncancerous but were type that could eventually turn. I have never met anyone that did not have polyps. You are gambling with your life not to get the coloscopy. Next set of scans in January. Appreciate you asking Rudy. I hope I can reach as many as I can in this fight. I am not ashamed to tell my story. I went from working 4-5 12 hour shifts a week to being home and having a shit bag. I was fortunate having a great surgeon and was able to have the reversal surgery 2 months later and get my life back to what it was pre-cancer. I would not wish those 2 months of hell on anyone having a time bomb attached to you. If I can just scare people into getting checked it is worth it so you don't have to endure those two months. Sorry to screw up a Christmas thread. How are the updates?
Still cancer free?
Do you get checked every 6 months?
