they also said i withdrew a day later than i actually requested online and changed the date...i think the date is relevant to when they decided to look at it

how do i go about getting my £2000 winnings?

i used 0 bonuses too so should be very straight forwards

its all done with some separate place and they only have an email address (which nobody has responded to for nearly 2 days)
