This guy needs to go. I'd blame dementia for some of his personnel moves but he's been doing this for years so its hard to say that's it.

Definitely and improvement for the Cowboys but is a long way from moving them from last in defense.
Maybe Jerry Jones should find better secondary players. Their pass-D is dead-a$$ last.
