Wife bought this soy chorizo, been sitting in the freezer for a while, and we already had all these canned things, so we bought a rotisserie chicken, some Egglife wraps as ‘noodles’ and made a chicken/chorizo/chile casserole.

Middle ant is likely dead and the scent sent the other ants into an attack mode. Sometimes they'll try to tear the dead ant apart.

I think it's a self preservation mode. One clue could be the ants running around the group at high speeds.
