Wife made hickory/bacon deviled eggs, I just put together a cilantro/lime sweet potato salad - so, all that’s left to do is grill meats & drink…..

Genie yes. You see now why I haven’t tried to evict him? He’s so buff he needs a third arm just to cary his muscles.

Just seasoned this almost 4lb bad boy up with a ‘house’ rub the butcher gave us. Not sure what’s in it, but it smells smoky. Also sautéed up some onions & peppers with that same rub - going to make toasted BBQ tri-tip wraps…..
