There's a back story to this....

The black guy in the row behind the kid was trying to take the ball from the kid as Jones was giving it to him so Jones took it back. The mother of the young boy confirmed that was happening and understood why Jones took the ball back.

Sucks for the kid but someone should pound the black guy's head for it.
