I think I watched a docu-series where a member of the cult does this. Kill their members and sell their organs.

It is very scary and would be a nightmare but there are two factions here. Those that are willing and the doctors are waiting and they sell them for $ and everyone is happy. The dirty and scary part is when you are lured into a scenario and then have your organs taken by force. Two completely different scenarios.
