I tried to look for it and looks like it's normal for fighters to do weight cutting, but yeah, I don't agree with this process, this is like a punishment.
Yeah, I know that weight cutting is part of the game, but this looked brutal. I know with boxing they've spaced the weigh-in further apart from the fight than they used to for fighter safety. Still, if this is what the fighters go through I'd hope that something could be done to keep the fighters from getting in this state. Maybe multiple weigh-ins... idk.
