But I've been cutting out some things for health reasons. So E is on it's way out for me (haven't had a soda in like 2 weeks) and the bread on C has to be made with gluten free flower.

But man, since making some changes I am so much better off, it's been drastic for me. Family, doctors, everyone sees it.

Just crazy.

Cashflow might remember me having some issues of not eating. That was a long time ago.

This summer, when I wasn't posting I was eating like a meal every couple of days.

Now I'm eating 2-3 meals daily since before July 4th and haven't had a single day with problems like I had.

Only I thing I did was cut out gluten, which wasn't hard to do and since we do a lot of baking anyway, we just got a shitload of different flours, that aren't wheat.

Small change led to huge changes for the good.
