We were there in 2004 for the August race (sold out). It was nuts. Took about an hour to travel 1/2 mile out of the track. Zero space between people as we left. If you were claustrophobic, you were screwed.

I don't see states with a budget of $10k. It's just crazy how couples spend lots of $$$$ on their weddings.

They have exploded in size too. When I was married we had 2 best men and 2 brides maids.
My daughter got married last year and there were 7 best men and 7 brides maids. WTH???

The $ amount for Texas is low. I can attest to that.
