Lol I haven't taken any pills or visited a doctor outside of surgeries in years .

I'm 6'1 and 220 lbs . A lot of it is muscle in the leg, chest and shoulder area .

I'm cut , but nothing like I used to be .

I intermittent fast . Sleep for around 5 hours and then not eat for first 10 to 12 hours after waking up .

I get hungry , and I eat of course , I just don't find many foods so mouthwatering that I crave them . Maybe lasagna. Lol
As far as the mustard ongoing joke , I eat mustard maybe once a week on a hotdog or something else lol .Samantha is so hungry all the time that if she wasn't blessed with good genetics it could be worrisome .

I dont know where the food goes on her outside of her thighs and butt . Her stomach is flat as can be . She's lucky

Yeah I was kidding lol, thought you would be around 180 going by the low calorie intake you ingest daily. I'm 5'10" 190 and I tryna lose 10 lbs just to feel better overall.

That's almost perfect , you don't want to lose much more as your body will attempt to waste muscle once it goes to the reserves and uses all that up . That is a tricky part of it all imo . Losing weight without it crossing over into losing muscle.

It's hard to grade health by numbers because of muscle weighing more than fat . Only realistic way to tell is get measured what your true % of body fat is

Dont care that much now I turned 40 about the aesthetics of being somewhat fit , it just feels good . On the streets I'd be considered a nice body type but If I walk into a gym where they are primarily lifting weights over aerobics then I'm one of the weaker looking dudes there anymore . Still holding my own for 40 though ,especially how crazy the last 7 years have been.

Yeah the Keto diet is suppose to help with losing the fat rather than the muscle mass. I go to a amatuer type gym Planet Fitness and I'm above average in shape compared to the rest I would fairly say. Not into heavy lifting at 41 a lot of the weights I use are assisted by machines. It's easier on my back and my body, I stay in my lane to avoid injuries.

I go to a amatuer type gym Planet Fitness and I'm above average in shape compared to the rest I would fairly say. Not into heavy lifting at 41 a lot of the weights I use are assisted by machines. It's easier on my back and my body, I stay in my lane to avoid injuries.

Ive never done crossfit in my life .

I do agree that interval aerobics training is possibly number 1 way to lose weight
( technically working out is only 15 to 20% the battle ,it's all about what you eat )
kind of how crossfit uses , BUT crossfit
is not the answer to get your heart rate fluctuating , crossfit will do that but at the mercy of your joints, fascia, muscle ,and other connective tissue.

If you want to have longterm mechanical injuries or feel chronic soreness then crossfit is your answer .

You can do it safely by getting on a stair climber elliptical type machine and changing the speeds up and down throughout your workout or switch from one machine to the other without much break in between

My fave way is to swim . Zero impact on joints and every single part of your body is being worked

Sharp. I fukked up my rotator cuff few weeks back while benching. Shoulder is still fukked up.

Getting old sucks, boys.

Archie out here acting like he's still under 30 with his workouts showing out extra shit, good for him though my body just can't take it. I don't even play half court basketball any more although I know I could. I enjoy golf and tennis much easier on the joints.

I have two secrets to natural penis health and it has seemed to work the last 7-8 years doing it consistently to keep my libido strong, although a lot more harder to do since I live with a woman now LMFAO.
