Went Italian for the 4th - grilled eggplant, garlic-herb chicken, red peppers, zucchini, & made a cottage/ricotta cheese spinach pesto mix. Made a pizza with it for last night & a lasagna for tonite. Good luck ‘Fly Me’ crew!
