Ya I lost 20 pounds right away.i cut out all beer. I still drink alcohol mixed drinks a couple times a week. I've cut out all red meat I eat chicken like every other day. I'm going to eat some steak here and there but I've come to realize that we eat way too much meat protein in our diets. All you need is like one medium serving of meat a day for your protein. Too much protein especially, meat protein is bad on the kidneys. But when I first cut out the meat I wasn't really getting protein and I felt really weak so it is important to get your daily servings of protein. I found out about hemp seed for food. it packs the power punch of protein, like 28 grams a serving. we need like at least 50 grams a day of protein a day. Two pieces of chicken is about 50 grams of protein
Couple years ago I lost 40 lbs cutting beer and pork. Pasta is also a good thing to cut.
Focus on seafood, nothing fried though.
As I get older I find my appetite is diminished and I am full with way less food.
I perfected a diet we will call the "BrickJames diet"
Drink vodka all day, eat one big meal a day and do as much good blow as you can get your hands on.
If you follow this diet the weight will melt off.
I didn't realize how fat I was until all the little Boppers started coming around again, my old man told me it's because they don't want the Goodyear blimp laying on top of them! Oh!
