Kidney issues are horrible. My wife was diagnosed with lupus and her kidney is at stage 4 damage.

Cardinal fish


The fish eats a tiny shrimp, which produces the bioluminescence so that the fish is now a glowstick for other predators. It's like the shrimp is saying, "If I have to die, then I'm taking you with me!" The fish, not wanting to be eaten, spits out the little shrimp. You can see the little speck get sucked in, then fall down after it hits the glass.
