OMG so sorry to hear this Nate. I have a friend who also suffers from gout and he is very careful of what he eats. He also has this daily maintenance.

I have had gout for 24 years. I was very young when I got it. it is under control though. I take 300mg of allopurinol daily. I have maybe 1 flare up every 2 years
