If I may ask, what are you using for crust?

It’s pretty complicated - Wife’s keto ‘crust’ recipe - basically, a piece of Joseph’s lavash, some shredded mozzerella, and another piece of lavash on top. Air fry that until golden (3-4 minutes). That’s your ‘crust’
THEN - go sick with the sauce & toppings. Air-fry again for 12-14 minutes @ 400 degrees…..
Trial & error…..
