It's just nagging but what's worse is it's keeping me from getting it in at the gym. I was eating lie a machine and performning at a high level, realy high compared to the past 10 years, and it's all crashed down.

Have to start over, eventually, but at least I have a good gauge on what to expect and how to pace myself for the next time around.

I bet you cannot wait till you get back to the gym.
