Last week, went out to dinner with a friend couple - guy orders the ‘Creole Shrimp Gumbo’. Wife & I look at each other & go ‘F#CK! We can do that!’

Wife not a big fan of shrimp, but loves Cajun/Creole. So, chicken & sausage gumbo it is. Garlic & herb marinated BBQ’d chicken, I copped out & got the pre-smoked & sliced Andouille sausage, red potatoes roasted in a creole spice, & ‘The secret’ to non-gelatinous okra - air-fry!
