Forgot to post from last night - we had a container of leftover ‘beef’ stroganoff in the freezer from when we did that a couple months back, turkey meatballs, mushrooms, white ‘stroganoff’ sauce (don’t remember what we put in it). Mixed that with some sun-dried tomatos, red onion, shredded mozzarella - instant flatbread pizza…..

I wouldn’t do that, but I might try a grilled octopus salad - maybe brine a turkey first with lemon & herbs, stuff it & rub it with lemon & fresh herbs, & extra virgin olive oil, & slow roast it. Cube it up & mix it with some grilled octopus, cherry tomatoes, Greek olives, serve it warm with a lemon-dill vinaigrette…..

I’d try that!
