EveryGame never ending verification

Morning,

I just signed up here because it seems this may be my best course of action. I have been through endless document verifications for the past month with EveryGame. Just this morning the guy on chat asked me to go and get a passport so they can see a second Photo ID of mine.. ridiculous and not happening.

I have sent countless pictures of my drivers license, selfies holding the license, 4-5 different address verification docs. Most notably a PDF statement from Robinhood.. a very well known and publicly traded company. On top of that.. I just sent them the promo flier they sent everyone in the mail!! Showing my name and address.

They just keep asking for more and more and more.. I have been at this since 02/26 and I have $5000 stuck here. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

They are now asking for my birth certificate and a notarized photo. I’ve never once had a book ask for this much information. I don’t even feel safe providing anything more. I’ve sent an insane amount of my information already

This happens regularly with them. Their withdrawal limits are awful unless you are a very small player. Even a small player that goes on a good run will have their withdrawals stretched out. Basically $2500 every 2 weeks with the days they build in.

The fact they are 9.5, same as Bookmaker is beyond comprehension.

You cans use each withdrawal method once per week, unless they've changed that recently.

7day waiting after a withdrawal is processed unless something changed. Been awhile. Also tack on the 2 day wait until they actually process something, then usually at least 1 or 2 reminders to actually get paid.

Books that require a fight to get paid are a no go for me, esp when the payout limits are relatively low.

They did this to me to a tee a few years ago over 6k.

I sent them every piece of ID. Clear HD quality and still said it wasn’t enough. I sent 50 selfies and always rejected. They bank on you losing your balance.

I ended up tilting off 4k of it and then after 3 weeks they magically approved my ID.

D rated book - stay far away. The fact BMR has them an A rating tells you these ratings are to not be taken seriously.

I finally received all my funds. It took multiple threats and filing complaints to their licenser to get my money… now I have to start a thread about WagerWeb… overseas sites are not what I remember

Probably 5 years since I last had any funds in this book. I was tempted this last Super Bowl as they had a ton of +EV props, but just wasn't worth the aggravation. If you even play nickels, super easy to end up with $10-20K there and have 3 months worth of irritation to get paid peacemeal.

That said, buddy of mine took whatever their MM promo was this year (I think 100% cash, not sure). Said he did ok, made a few bucks above the bonus so good for him. Just requested his initial stake out...LOL. Got an email about issue with the DL photo and resubmitted. Up to 5 business days to respond in the email on docs. Good ole' EG. I just told him, be glad you are seeing this now. Instead of taking your initial deposit out, pull it all once this crap is done and go to one of many shops I can recommend. He may be in AZ (I am in FL) but I will jump on a Zoom to assist and visually show him better options.

All that said, still probably good for a smaller player if nothing else just to try and hit them for the generous bonus, but go into it realizing the grief you are going to deal with. If that is worth the $400 or $500, do it. If you are starting out and trying to build a bankroll, every bit helps but wow, I don't envy him starting the back and forth crap.
